There is very little that is “small” about owning a small business.

The wins are huge, and the losses feel even more so. The sleepless nights - checking your phone and hoping it's not 5am and time to wake up without having slept - aren’t small. The weight on your shoulders isn’t small either, knowing that your clients, employees, and family are all depending on you. 

I get it. I’m the son of a small business owner and have represented small businesses my entire career. I've also worked, both as outside counsel and in-house, for very large companies with significant resources. I understand the challenges facing both. 

Here's what I do: I care. I bring passion for YOUR company to my representation of you. I know you don't want to pay for legal services - you'd rather reinvest that money into marketing, or bonuses for your employees, or one of the dozens of other great ideas you have waiting.
