I emphasize practical advice to keep employment disputes out of the courtroom.

INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS​

Quick action after a complaint is a defense against subsequent litigation, and is the right thing to do. I can conduct efficient, sensitive internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, ethical violations and other misconduct.

TRAINING​

I can deliver in-person training for your employees and managers on a wide range of issues such as harassment prevention, discrimination, FLSA, FMLA and ADA compliance, new manager necessities, and the interview/hiring process. 

HUMAN RESOURCES

 

I advise clients with respect to EEO issues, employee relations, onboarding best practices, policies and procedures, compliance and affirmative action audits. I draft and edit employee handbooks using best practices from a broad spectrum of industries.
