The DC Department of Employment Services publishes a new version of the Paid Family Leave Notice each year. Employers have until February 1, 2024 to post the new notice and to send it to remote employees.
As a reminder, employers are also required to provide the PFL Notice to employees within 30 days of hire, annually, and anytime the employer receives direct notice from an employee that they need leave for a qualifying event.
